Ingredients

8 to 10 lb
bone-in fresh ham, preferably from the shank end, any rind removed
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground allspice
1/2 tsp
ground cloves
1/2 tsp
grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
maple syrup

Directions Step-By-Step

Pull off the rind and mix the above all over the ham. do this 2 or 3 times as its cooking in the oven at 350 degrease. The inturnal tempture should be 160 degrease.
