Just made this up for Sherri's contest. It is loosely based on sandwich I had called The Elena Rouse at a place called Woody's in Chapel Hill, NC. that has since closed.

Ingredients

5-6 slice
roasted garlic and herb pork tenderloin
2 slice
rye bread
2 slice
swiss cheese
3 slice
brie cheese
slice
fresh strawberries, enough to cover the pork
1 1/2 Tbsp
hot red pepper jelly, i use uncle gary's gourmet pepper jelly now
1 1/2 Tbsp
cream cheese
1 tsp
dijon mustard
3 dash(es)
hot sauce
2 Tbsp
soft butter
2
scallions cut in 3 " portions
red lettuce, leaves
salt and pepper to taste
optional: drizzel with basalmic vinegar after it is cooked.

Step-By-Step

1Butter bread on one side of each slice. Mix cream cheese with hot sauce and Dijon. Spread bottom with slice with dijon mixture. Spread top slice with red pepper jelly.

2Assemble remaining ingredients how you would like to. I put the swiss on the bottom slice and the brie under the top slice. Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
