add the pepper to the meat evenly distributing the pepper with all four pork chops. Then add the herbes de provence in with the bread crumbs mix well and coat each pork chop with the bread mixture "lightly a little coating helps they don't need a lot.
Place on a non stick pan and cook in the oven on 350 degrees F for 20-25 mins. Check that they are firm and done. Let cool for a few minutes and serve with your favorite Veggies.
