ali's Notes:

i came up with this the other night on the spur of the moment, and it was a MAJOR hit with my hubby. (wish i had taken a picture, i will next time.)

Directions

1
Brown chops in oil on both sides till VERY brown.
2
Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with black pepper. Pour liquid from canned peaches into pan with chops, bring to a simmer.
Cut peaches into small pieces and add to pan.
Stir in orange marmalade.
Cover and simmer till liquid thickens and chops are done.
3
Spoon peaches and sauce over chops and serve.
Beautiful and delicious!!

Can anybody tell me why there is a link on my recipe for "pork be inspired.com"?? i'd rather not have that notation, how do i get rid of it?

I noticed that it was appearing on all recipes with pork, only recently. It is definitely an ad. Why don't you email the Kitchen Crew? There is a Contact Us link at the bottom left of this page.
