|fresh ground black pepper|
|1 can(s)||peaches (preferably clingstone), with syrup|
|2 Tbsp||orange marmalade|

DirectionsBrown chops in oil on both sides till VERY brown.Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with black pepper. Pour liquid from canned peaches into pan with chops, bring to a simmer.
Cut peaches into small pieces and add to pan.
Stir in orange marmalade.
Cover and simmer till liquid thickens and chops are done.Spoon peaches and sauce over chops and serve.
