fresh ground black pepper
peaches (preferably clingstone), with syrup
1Brown chops in oil on both sides till VERY brown.
2Sprinkle chops generously on both sides with black pepper. Pour liquid from canned peaches into pan with chops, bring to a simmer.
Cut peaches into small pieces and add to pan.
Stir in orange marmalade.
Cover and simmer till liquid thickens and chops are done.
3Spoon peaches and sauce over chops and serve.
