Easy Swedish Meatloaf

I wanted a meatloaf but not the usual kind. I grabbed some meat at store and went into my cabinets to see what I had and came up with this recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 lb
ground chuck
1 lb
ground pork
1 pkg
dry swedish meatballs seasoning
1 tsp
nature seasonings
2
eggs
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c
roasted garlic bread crumbs
1/4 c
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together everything thoroughly by hand. The mushroom soup half can undiluted goes in meatloaf. Set aside other half a can for later. You might want to adjust bread crumbs according to how wet meatloaf is after mixed. A little less wet makes it easier to make into a ball for baking. Adding a little extra bread crumbs won't hurt it if necessary.

Oven set to 400 degrees, bake for 1hr 20mins. Always check for doneness as ovens vary.

About 20 minutes before meatloaf done mix other half can of mushroom soup with 1/4c. milk and pour over meatloaf and finish baking. Serve
