Left-over ham? This is your casserole!
no yolk noodles
chopped, cooked ham
green bell pepper, chopped
10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
lite sour cream
reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed, drain.
2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add ham, green bell pepper, onion and celery. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Remove from heat.
3Stir in soup, sour cream and pasta. Pour mix into baking dish. Cover, cook 25 mins. Uncover, sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 5 mins more.
