Ingredients
| 4 oz | no yolk noodles |
| 1 Tbsp | canola oil |
| 2 c | chopped, cooked ham |
| 1 large | green bell pepper, chopped |
| 1/4 c | chopped onion |
| 1/4 c | sliced celery |
| 1 | 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup |
| 8 oz | lite sour cream |
| 1/2 c | reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese |

Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed, drain.Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add ham, green bell pepper, onion and celery. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Remove from heat.Stir in soup, sour cream and pasta. Pour mix into baking dish. Cover, cook 25 mins. Uncover, sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 5 mins more.
