|4 oz||no yolk noodles|
|1 Tbsp||canola oil|
|2 c||chopped, cooked ham|
|1 large||green bell pepper, chopped|
|1/4 c||chopped onion|
|1/4 c||sliced celery|
|1||10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup|
|8 oz||lite sour cream|
|1/2 c||reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese|
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed, drain.
Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add ham, green bell pepper, onion and celery. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Remove from heat.
Stir in soup, sour cream and pasta. Pour mix into baking dish. Cover, cook 25 mins. Uncover, sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 5 mins more.
