Ingredients

4 oz no yolk noodles
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 c chopped, cooked ham
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c sliced celery
1 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 oz lite sour cream
1/2 c reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed, drain.

Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add ham, green bell pepper, onion and celery. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Remove from heat.

Stir in soup, sour cream and pasta. Pour mix into baking dish. Cover, cook 25 mins. Uncover, sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake 5 mins more.
