This makes an amazing pizza and honestly its not a terrible amount of work to make it, but it is terribly impressive to serve!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
(15 oz.) can tomato sauce
pizza crust (recipe follows)
4 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
dried oregano
1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
bulk pork sausage
1/2 lb
bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 can(s)
(4 oz.) mushrooms
16 oz
shredded mozzarella cheese
2 pkg
(6-8 ounce) sliced provelone cheese

FOR THE PIZZA CRUST

1 pkg
active dry yeast
1 1/4 c
warm water
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp
salt
4 c
all purpose flouor
2 Tbsp
corn meal

Step-By-Step

1Dissolve yeast in water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in oil and salt. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead several times.
2Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour then knead for several minutes.
3Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 8 - 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
4Sprinkle cornmeal over two lightly greased 12 inch pizza pans.
5Roll out the dough either by hand or with a rolling pin and place in lightly greased pizza pans or on screens. Fold over the edges to form crust.
6Spread tomato sauce evenly over each pizza crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border around pizza edges.
7Sprinkle with garlic and oregano evenly over each pizza.
8Cook ground beef and sausage until browned. Drain well. Sprinkle meat mixture and bacon over each pizza. Top with mushrooms.
9Layer sliced provolone cheese over the top then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
10Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven, slice with a pizza wheel and serve.
