  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • garlic salt with parsley
  • pepper
  • walden farms sugar free barbecue sauce

How To Make diet friendly barbeque pulled pork

    Slice onions and place in bottom of crockpot.
  • 2
    Add 1/2 cup of water to bottom of crockpot.
  • 3
    Season with garlic salt and parsley seasoning and pepper.

    Place a boston butt pork roast on top of onions.
  • 5
    Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until meat falls apart.

    Remove meat from crockpot. Trim and remove excess fat.
  • 7
    Pull the pork apart with a fork and add Walden Farms Barbecue sauce to taste.
