1 lgonion

1/2 cwater

garlic salt with parsley

pepper

walden farms sugar free barbecue sauce
How To Make diet friendly barbeque pulled pork

1Slice onions and place in bottom of crockpot.

2Add 1/2 cup of water to bottom of crockpot.

3Season with garlic salt and parsley seasoning and pepper.

4Place a boston butt pork roast on top of onions.

5Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until meat falls apart.

6Remove meat from crockpot. Trim and remove excess fat.

7Pull the pork apart with a fork and add Walden Farms Barbecue sauce to taste.
