Crockpot Kielbasa and Cabbage

|2 lb||kielbasa sausage (sliced 1/2 inch thick)|
|1 medium||cabbage (head, chopped)|
|1 large||sauerkraut (jar or can)|
|1 c||onion (chopped)|
|1 can(s)||tomatoes (28 ounces, undrained)|
|4 c||chicken broth|
|1/3 c||brown sugar|
Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
