Crockpot Green Chile Pork

This recipe came about b/c I bought a TON of pork chops when they were on sale :D

4 to 6
boneless pork chops - you can use the bone-in chops, but will have to fish them out before serving
1 large
can of diced green chiles
family size can cream of mushroom soup
1 or 2
cloves of garlic, pressed
fresh ground pepper to tast

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix soup and other ingredients together and set aside. Put pork chops in crock pot and pour soup mix over. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. I usually serve this over mashed potatoes or rice. So easy and so tasty
