My friend Carol suggested this recipe to me. She used a cup of water in this recipe but I used white wine instead. This is such an easy tasty recipe. Using the reynolds slow cooker bag makes clean up a snap!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

boston pork butt
1 large
onions, vidalia sliced
8 oz
white wine
salt
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Place a reynolds slow cooker bag in the crockpot.

2Slice a large vidalia onion and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.

3Add 8 ounces of cooking wine.

5Place the Boston Pork Butt on top of the onions. Salt and Pepper the roast.

6Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours depending upon the size.
