1Wash tenderloin and pat dry. Rub well with mustard. Sprinkle generously with McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb Seasoning (salt free). Place in crock pot and add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on high for several hours. You'll know when it's done when it starts to have the shredded look as you see in the picture.
2BBQ Pork Tenderloin: Simply put the meat in the crockpot and pour some of your favorite BBQ sauce over the meat and cook til done. The time, of course, will depend on the amount of meat.
Note: I also do chicken this way as well as porkchops.
