Creamy basil-infused pork chops

- 3 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 4 tsp
- minced garlic
- boneless pork loin chops, 1/2'-thick
- 1/2 c
- light cream
- 2 Tbsp
- sliced fresh basil, or 2 tbsp freeze-dried basil
1In lg skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic, saute 2 mins.
2Add chops and brown 8-10 min per side or until cooked through.
3Remove chops from pan. Whisk light cream and basil into pan, cook 2-3 min or until sauce thickens slightly. Pour sauce over chops.
