Cousin Gail's Glazed Apples & Sausage

- uncooked pork sausage links
- 2 large
- tart apples, peeled and sliced (may not desire to peel)
- 1 large
- onion, chopped or sliced as desired
- 1/3 c
- 1/4 c
- packed brown sugar
1Cook the sausage acording to package directions.
2Meanwhile, in a large saucepan,combine the apples, onion, water and brown sugar.
3Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4Add the browned sausage, heat through.
5Serve hot with pancakes or french toast.
