Ingredients

4
pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
2 Tbsp
butter
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/4 c
maple sugar or brown sugar
2/3 c
apple juice

Step-By-Step

1Saute chops in butter until brown color on both sides.

2Season with salt and pepper

3Mix together flour and maple sugar. Sprinkle on chops and add apple juice.

4Cover and cook for 40 minutes at 350'F.

Toward the end of cooking, remove fat that accumulates in the casserole.
