Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet brown sausage, peppers and onions together. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cayenne. Add corn, cheese, basil and melted butter. Stir in sausage mixture, pour into a buttered 9X13 inch baking dish. For topping: stir all ingredients together and sprinkle on top of frittata. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
