Cool Summer Pasta Salad

I originally got this recipe off of a flyer from the military commissary. I hadn't thought about it in years until they were giving out flyers the other day and lo and behold there it was again. It's been years since I made it, but as I remember, it is very tasty.

penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 pkg
johnsonville summer sausage (24oz) cut into thin strips
1 large
tomato, diced
1 medium
red pepper, diced
1 medium
green pepper, diced
1 c
snow peas, sliced
1 bunch
green onions, sliced
6 oz
pepper jack cheese, cubed
6 oz
extra sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c
italian or balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Directions Step-By-Step

Place pasta and rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and serve immediately or chill.
