Ingredients

3 Tbsp
hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp
ketchup
1 Tbsp
honey
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
pineapple juice
1 tsp
grated ginger
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1 lb
pork spareribs

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together and pour ribs. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 325*. Fill a broiler pan with enough water to cover the bottom, place rack over the tray and arrange ribs.

Place pan in center of the oven and cook for 40 minutes, brushing and turning every 10 minutes. Let marinade cook on for final 10 minutes to make a glaze. Finish under broiler if desired.
