Ingredients

pork chops, 1 1/3 lbs

GROUP ONE

1
egg
1/2 tsp
each salt and minced garlic,
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
dash of pepper
1/2 Tbsp
sugar

GROUP TWO

2 Tbsp
each soy sauce and water
1 Tbsp
each vinegar and sugar
2 Tbsp
each minces green onion, ginger root, and garlic
4 Tbsp
cornstarch
oil for deep frying

Directions Step-By-Step

Tenderize pork chops with mallet or rolling pin till thin. Add GROUP ONE, marinate 1 hour (i leave mine over night).
Coat with cornstarch before deep frying.

Heat oil. Deep fry (or skillet fry) 4 minutes or until golden and thoroughly cooked. Remove and dip in GROUP TWO. Add chopped red chili pepper if desired.
