- pork skin or pork belly, sliced 3x1 1/2 inches

3heat your deep fryer to 350 degrees. deep fry for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. drain on paper towels. **the original way to fry chicharrones, is to fry the pork in it's own fat in a deep pot. i like to save rendered lard for frying potatoes, add it to your greens, etc. either way, they will be delicious. serve with your favorite dipping sauce...i love them with some spicy salsa.
