Ingredients

6 lb
pork loin
2 lb
kielbasa
1 tsp
sage, dried
1 Tbsp
black pepper
1 tsp
lawreys salt

Directions Step-By-Step

split pork loin down the middle
stuff kielbasa inside.

tie the loin back together and season with sage, pepper and lawrey's.

roast at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.

suggested wine to serve shamrock vineyards waldo red.
