Brooke's Macaroni & Cheese with Ham Bake
When I first met him,the Pastor said "you should taste my wife's mac and cheese with ham,it's good!".I told him we would be happy to serve it for the senior's lunch.
Sure enough,I met his wife and she had printed out this recipe for me.Brooke said she sometimes adds 14 c minced green onions to the mac & cheese and says you can use all milk instead of the half and half.
We will have it in the Senior lunch rotation soon.
