Judy's StoryShortly after I got my Kitchen-Aid Mixer (my most valuable kitchen appliance), I decided to put the meat grinder attachment to use; I was able to buy cheaper cuts of pork to use in this with good results.
ground black pepper
crushed dried red pepper (or to taste)
1In small bowl, combine the sage, salt, ground black pepper, marjoram, brown sugar, crushed red pepper and cloves. Mix well.
2Place the pork in a large bowl and add the mixed spices to it. Mix well with your hands and form into patties.
3Saute the patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side, or until internal pork temperature reaches 160° F (70° C).
