It is so nice to wake up to a ready-made breakfast. Just add toast, juice and coffee and you're ready to enjoy a good breakfast before you have to go to work.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1/2 c
green or colored bell peppers, chopped
1 small
onion, chopped
1
jalapeno pepper, chopped (seeds and membrane removed)

dozen extra-large eggs
1/2 c
cream or half & half
1 pkg
frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp
salt, or to taste
1 tsp
black pepper, or to taste
1 c
cubed ham
1 pkg
pre-cooked sausage crumbles

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl. slightly beat the eggs and cream.

Add remaining ingredients to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.

Pour mixture into a crockpot that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.

Cook overnight (6 to 8 hours) on low.
