Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1/2 c
green or colored bell peppers, chopped
1 small
onion, chopped
1
jalapeno pepper, chopped (seeds and membrane removed)
1
dozen extra-large eggs
1/2 c
cream or half & half
1 pkg
frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp
salt, or to taste
1 tsp
black pepper, or to taste
1 c
cubed ham
1 pkg
pre-cooked sausage crumbles

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl. slightly beat the eggs and cream.
2Add remaining ingredients to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
3Pour mixture into a crockpot that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
4Cook overnight (6 to 8 hours) on low.
