Crumble and brown sausage in skillet. Drain grease. Return to low heat and add eggs. Stir constantly until almost done. Then add grated cheese and picant sauce. Cook on very low heat for 12 minute, stirring until mixed. Set aside. In another skillet, butter one side of each tortilla and fry one at a time, in skellet until light brown. Spoon egg mixture on tortilla and roll up. Delicious.
