Bourbon Ham

cup brown sugar
1/2cup bourbon
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup pineapple juice
2 1/2tbsp. dijon mustard
1tbsp cloves whole
1 ham 6 to 8 pounds


1Preheat oven to 350

Trim ham of fat and skin score ham place in baking pan. In a saucepan add all ingredients over medium heat bring to a boil. Pour mixture over ham. Cover ham and bake 3 hours baste ham several times during cooking.
