Ingredients

2 lb
bacon
10 slice
bread
1 large
tomato
1 medium
lettuce head
3 lb
potatoes, russets
1 jar(s)
mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 450 or Deep Fryer to 350 (Depending on how you want to cook your fries)

2Peel potatoes, wash, and then chop them in to long medium-thick strips.

3Place peeled and cut fries on paper towel or small towel to dry and sprinkle with salt.

4Fry bacon

5If cooking fries in the oven place on cookie sheet lined w/ foil and place in oven when preheated. If deep frying drop them in the fryer for 10 - 15 minutes depending on how crispy you like them. If cooking in the oven cook 10-15 minutes and flip then cook another 10-15 on other side.

6Slice tomato/lettuce.
