Nancy's Story

I Love good Ribs. This was a make as you go recipe when I was hungry for some. Pretty much whatever BBQ Sauce & Beer you have will work.

Ingredients

1 lb
beef or ribs (any style, i used beef short ribs)
1 tsp
chicago style steak spice
salt & pepper (to taste)
7 oz
beer (give or take)
bbq sauce ( your favorite)

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with foil (for easier cleanup)
2
Trim Ribs to your satisfaction. Sprinkle seasonings over ribs.
3
Place in pan and pour in beer. I used Bud Light (It was in the Fridge). Cover pan with foil & bake for about 2 hours or just until liquid is evaporated, be careful not to let it get too dry.
4
Take foil off top & Cover generously with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, turn ribs over & repeat for second side.
5
Enjoy!
