Barbque Pork Steaks
- 1 1/2 inch slice
- 4 slices of pork steaks...1 1/2 inches thick
- salt and pepper, rosemary, thyme, and any other herbs you amy want to add. mix it all together and rub it on the meat. or, i have an extra sale shaker that i put the spices in, and then shake them on the meat.
- i use between 1 1/2 to 2 cups sauce in the crock pot. use more, depending on the amout of pork steaks you fix.
