Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, cracked
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 dash nutmeg, ground
How To Make bacon wrapped pork tenderloin

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Wrap bacon around meat. Place in foil lined pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with pepper.

Step 3Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees F. when tested in center with meat thermometer. Meanwhile, bring remaining ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Step 4Pour glaze over meat. Bake 10 minutes or until done (145 degrees F.); cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
