Kelly's Notes:
I love this quick easy supper just as much today as when I was a kid! These are very rich, so plan on only one per person! Serve with potato salad or cole slaw and grilled corn on the cob in the summertime. Or oven roasted potatoes and baked beans in the wintertime. Enjoy! (photo from bing images)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a small pan, pie plate or cookie sheet with foil (depending on how many you are making), spray lightly with a little Pam. *Make sure you use a cookie sheet that has an edge all the way around, not an edgeless one. Cut a pocket lengthwise in hotdog(s). Stuff with velveeta cheese. Wrap with 1-2 strips bacon. Place on sheet with ends underneath. Totally coat with bbq sauce. Lightly sprinkle with pepper. Pop into oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. *Bacon will not get completely crispy but will be done. During last few minutes of baking time, place hotdog buns into oven to toast or warm if desired. I spread the insides with a little butter first.
