Melt butter on medium heat in skillet. Add pork chops and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper chops. Brown pork chops on both sides (about 2 minutes on each side). Add water to cover chops. Boil down and then 2 times more, add water and boil down. After 3 hours, the chops will be tender and you will have a nice thick and savory sauce.
Serve with white/brown rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy.
