Apricot Pork Chops
NOTE: make this recipe for as many servings as you like, making sure you have enough bread crumbs (be sure to drizzle oil on them first), and a spoonful of jam for each chop.

- multigrain bread
- pork chops
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 4 tsp
- apricot jam
5Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Chops should be nicely browned and thermometer should register 170.
