Apple Glazed Pork Roast

- 4 lb
- pork loin roast, trimmed
- 1/4 c
- apple juice, unsweetened
- 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- apples, quartered
- 1 tsp
- ground ginger
1Rub roast with salt and pepper.
2Brown pork roast under broiler to remove excess fat; drain well.
3Place apple quarters in bottom of crockpot.
4Place roast on top of apples.
5Combine apple juice, brown sugar and ginger.
6Spoon over top surface of roast, moistening well.
7Cover and cook on low setting for 10-12 hours or until done.
