Homemade Pizza Crust

- 1 c
- water, warm
- 1 pkg
- active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp
- salt (salt to taste- can go up to to 3 tsp)
- 3 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 3 c
- flour divided
1Dissolve yeast in water.
2Add salt and half of the flour. Beat for 2 minutes.
3Add oil; then add enough remaining flour to make dough leave sides of bowl.
4Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5Punch down and allow to rest 5 min. Roll out to fit your pan. Can be used as regular crust or pan/deep dish crust. Dust pan with cornmeal first if desired.
6Proceed with your pizza recipe and top and bake accordingly and enjoy your homemade crust!
