salt (salt to taste- can go up to to 3 tsp)
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add salt and half of the flour. Beat for 2 minutes.
Add oil; then add enough remaining flour to make dough leave sides of bowl.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down and allow to rest 5 min. Roll out to fit your pan. Can be used as regular crust or pan/deep dish crust. Dust pan with cornmeal first if desired.
Proceed with your pizza recipe and top and bake accordingly and enjoy your homemade crust!
