Ingredients For zumba pasta primavera

1 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 cred onion, thinly sliced

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 czucchini or yellow squash, cut into 1/2 moons

1/2 cred bell pepper, cut into strips
-
1 cwhole wheat penne pasta, cooked
-
4 ozshrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off
-
4cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/2
-
1 1/2 tspbasil, dried

pepper, to taste
How To Make zumba pasta primavera

1Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat & add onions. Cook until softened, about 3 - 4 minutes & then add garlic, zucchini & peppers. Cook vegetables for another 4 - 5 minutes. Add shrimp & tomatoes & cook, stirring continuously, until shrimp is pink, about 3 - 4 minutes. Add pasta & stir just until heated through. Top with basil & season with pepper.
