"World Famous" Macaroni Salad

This is my mother's recipe, modified by me. It is a hit at picnics and barbecues, and has been requested by friends whenever we have a get-together.

Ingredients

1 box
elbow macaroni
1 c
kraft cracked pepper and olive oil mayonnaise
1 large
onion, diced
1 large
cucumber, diced
4 stick
celery, diced
4
hard boiled eggs, diced
2
carrots, shredded
2 tsp
celery seed
2 tsp
garlic salt with parsley (or to taste)

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil 4 quarts of water. Once water is boiling, add macaroni and boil for 10 minutes. Once done, drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

Dice all vegetables and eggs and add to bowl.

Add celery seed and garlic salt. Adjust seasonings to your taste.

Add macaroni to vegetables and seasonings. Toss well.

Add mayonnaise to all ingredients in bowl. Toss well. Adjust mayonnaise to your desired creaminess.

Chill in refrigerator for four hours. Serve!
