I love Shrimp Scampi but always found it to be oily. I revamped the dish and this is my version of Shrimp Scampi...enjoy!

Ingredients

14 oz
shrimp
2 Tbsp
butter, room temperature
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
1
knorr chicken bouillon cube
1/2 box
angel hair pasta
1 Tbsp
parsley
1 c
white cooking wine
1 c
water
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
all purpose flour
black pepper (to taste)

Step-By-Step

1Melt 2 Heaping Tbsp Butter. Add 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic. Bring Butter and Garlic to Boil. Add Shrimp. Bring to Boil over Medium Heat.
2Add 1 Cup Cooking White Wine. Add 1 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cube, 1 Tbsp Parsley and Pepper (To Taste). Bring to Boil over Medium Heat. Remove from Heat.
3Strain Liquid off Shrimp into Bowl. Add 1 Heaping Tbsp Flour. Whisk Mixture until fully thickened. Add 1 Cup Water and Whisk.
4Pour Mixture back over Shrimp. Bring to Boil over Low to Medium Heat until thickened (5 to 10 min). Remove from Heat and add Noodles. Stir until Noodles are covered with Sauce.
