|1 bottle||light asian toasted sesame dressing|
|1 c||peanut butter, creamy or chunky|
|1 box||fettuccine pasta|
|1 pkg||asian style stir fry vegetables, frozen, thawed|
|peanuts, chopped (optional)|
In a medium bowl, pour entire bottle of sesame dressing & peanut butter; mix to combine. Let sit 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
Prepare pasta according to directions on package. During the last 6 minutes of cooking time, add vegetables to water; cover & continue to cook.
Drain pasta/vegetables & pour into a large bowl. Pour sesame/peanut butter mixture over; toss well to coat.
Serve warm with chopped peanuts, if using.
