Ingredients

15oz ricotta cheese
1
10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thowed and drained
1/2 c
onion chopped
1
egg
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 1/2 c
cheddar mozzella cheese
2 tsp
parsley
2
26 oz spaghetti sauce
2 tsp
pepper
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
1
8 0z manicotti shells, cooked until tender

Step-By-Step

1heat oven to 350

2In large bowl combine ricotta cheese , spinach , onion and egg.

3Then add parsley , pepper , garlic powder , 1 cup mozzella cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

4Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells with ricotta mixture and place in pan . Cover with remaining sauce. Top with mozzella cheese. Bake foe 45 to 55 minutes.

5I serve this with 3 Bean Salad and garlic bread. I will put the 3 Bean salad on here to.
