Squash and Sweet Potato Ravioli

- sweet potatoes boiled until tender
- acorn squash cooked

1Mix, well drained and mashed Squash, Potatoes, and bread crumbs. (The mixture should not be wet and easily formed in to soft quarter sized portions.
Use a standard ravioli pasta recipe. Fill your ravioli pasta, cut and seal the edges. let pasta rest covered with a lightly floured kitchen towel (that is only used for food prep) Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil . Boil until tender must not mushy.
Use a favorite pasta sauce. or try in a broth
