Spinach Stuffed Shells

"adopted recipe" - haven't tried it yet. but i already see i'm gonna use fresh spinach.

Ingredients

1 pkg
macaroni, large shells
1 small
onion, chopped
10 oz
spinach, chopped, frozen
1 Tbsp
chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/3 tsp
dried thyme
1.5 c
ricotta cheese
1 c
cottage cheese
2
eggs
48 oz
spaghetti sauce
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well.
3Cook shells as directed; drain, cool.
4In a large bowl, mix chopped onion, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, thyme, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, and cooked spinach.
5Using your hands and a large spoon, stuff shells with the mixture, and lay in rows in a 13" x 9" baking pan.
6Spread spaghetti sauce over the shells in the pan.
7Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
8Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes, until warm in the center, and mozzarella cheese has melted.
