Boil heavy salted water for pasta. Cook pasta adente saving cup of starchy water for sauce.
Roast the red peppers in broiler til blackened and put in covered bowls to steam for ten minutes. Remove and peel and deseed.
Combine peppers, pine nuts, cheese, basil,garlic & spices in processor, pulse. Start streaming in olive oil til paste forms.
In pan combine paste 1/2 cup pasta water and pasta.
Continue to toss til right consistency adding more starchy water if needed.
Garnish with basil leaves and more parm. ENJOY!!!
