spaghetti, cooked following box directions, drain
1 1/2 lb
ground beef, i used lean
( 24 ounces ) tomato sauce
( 14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes and juice
( 15 ounce ) ricotta cheese
red bell pepper, diced
green bell pepper, diced - i used 2 jalapeno's
hot pepper flakes ( optional)
shredded, cheese - whatever you prefer
