- 1 lb
- bow-tie pasta, uncooked
- 7 oz jar lite alfredo sauce
- 9 oz pkgs frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- ground nutmeg
1Cook pasta as directed, drain and keep warm
2Add to pasta the alfredo sauce, spinach, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 10 mins, stirring often.
3If desired, sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese and serve w/ garlic bread.
