Macaroni and Cheese (Smooth & Creamy)

elbow or similar sized macaroni
Cook macaroni and drain.
In large, deep skillet, melt the butter and add salt and pepper. Slowly add flour over low heat stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add milk and stir until smooth. Add cheese and melt slowly.
Add drained macaroni and serve.
