1Slice beef across grain into very thin strips.
2In a skillet over high heat in 1 tablespoon of butter cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink.
3Stir in soup and paprika.
4Heat through, stirring to keep from burning.
5Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
7Garnish with chopped parsley.
