Seafood Pasta Salad

Joyce Boettcher

Quick and easy pasta salad. I prefer to use the vegetable rotini as it gives the dish more color. I prefer this pasta salad cold but can be eaten hot. I have also listed a healthier version is to use Italian salad dressing place of the Miracle Whip.

3Cut the imitation crab into bite size chunks. After the pasta has cooled add the artificial crab and mix with Miracle Whip. As as much Miracle Whip as you like.

4A lighter alternative is to use Italian salad dressing instead of Miracle Whip.
