My daughter shared this quick & tasty recipe with me. My husband & I enjoy it often. When I was younger, being as families were larger and it was hard to fill up everyone, we would have had bread and butter with this.
In a 10" skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef. Add broth, and heat to boiling then stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring often. Stir in soup and salsa. Heat through. Serve with canned green beans heated through.
