lean ground beef
tomatoes (skinned, and cut up)
dried oregano leaves
dried basil leaves
fresh ground black pepper
1In a large skillet, crumble meat with onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat while breaking up pieces of meat wit a fork until it loses it's red color
2Drain off excess fat
3In a crockpot, combine meat mixture and other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until combined and cooked through.
